I'm a tech instructor enabling aging communities with the skills they require to integrate into the digital world. As I started studying design thinking I yearned to decolonize my perspective on the collective's wellbeing. While studying the principles of design I noticed the gaps it left for the unsupported. I found myself here studying ethnobotany as a means to ascertain lost cultural philosophies, ways of thought, and the reciprocal relationship they held with nature. I'm a learner, ever interested in contemporary ways to approach design and re-establishing a positive relationship with nature.
