The diadelphous stamens are restricted to Fabaceae (maybe a few others), here we have a fusion of filaments into two pairs. When there are two unequal pairs (but no fusion) it is referred to as didynamous as seen in Lamiaceae and other families. I believe your image is showing didynamous stamen arrangement.
