It looks like you switched the labels for the clover and the Geum, oops. Please also include the author for the scientific names, so for yarrow, the complete scientific name would be Achillea millefolium L., where L. stands for Linnaeus. Often it is useful to also know what specimen your collection is, which is referred to as the collection number. So some people give lifetime numbers, and add them to their name, like Jasmine Chavez 1, Jasmine Chavez 2, etc. or some people only record the plants they collect each year, so Chavez 2022-1, etc. You did a nice job pressing these.
