I got the oregano photo from here. I honestly kind of struggled with this. I know the silique example is not quite right since lupine isn’t truly silique, but I couldn’t find any other examples that were close to it. I’ve noticed the cold summer on the Kenai Peninsula seems to have delayed a lot of the plants I’m used to seeing, so they’re not as developed as I would usually expect, which makes it harder to find good examples. That all said, I had a lot of fun putting what I’ve learned to work in order to sort through the features on all the plants I see on a daily basis!
