I currently live in my original hometown of Fairbanks, AK, ancestral land of the Lower Tanana Dene, with a heart that belongs to the Salish Sea bioregion. I'm most interested in medical ethnobotany, though I love learning about all facets of the field.
Hey Remy – I really like the simplicity of your key. I think I kept trying to add more information then was necessary in mine. I also like how B1 flows nicely into C and C1. Its super clear. I personally wouldn’t change a think – in fact I will try to keep mine as clear next time.

Hi Remy –
I like your key. The only difference I would make is that instead of saying “Broadleaf leaves”, I’d have focused the couplet to say “Has needles” and “Lacks needles”. It’s not at all incorrect – it just relates both branches of the couplet a little more obviously.
The rest flows smoothly and easily (as Andrew has already pointed out). Great job!!

Hi Remy
This a a nice key, very easy to use. I think it was good how you used the words present and absent instead of no leaves and has leaves. Like Steph pointed out, saying needles present and absent might improve the simplicity.

Hi Remy, I honestly liked your key because it was easy to understand because your descriptions were well done. I don’t feel like you need to change anything, good job!
