I have been having trouble with the thinglink program and will be modifying this post by uploading pdf’s as I label the photos in Word.
I have completed 3 families thus far; 1) Fireweed (Onagraceae), Yarrow (Asteraceae), Bird Vetch (Fabaceae). I need to go find and pull apart one more plant today. Thank you everyone for a fun summer of botany!
Excellent job on these Justin! Sorry ThingLink was giving you trouble, but this works well. All the parts are there. It would be fun to have some xs of the ovaries to show of your skills of identifying the placentation type. Most often this is not being used in Hulten, but for other floras with more taxa it sometimes can be useful.
